Biography
Having practiced law for over 35 years, Mr. Parker successfully handled hundreds of Social Security cases and got millions of dollars in compensation for his clients over the years.
He regularly attended both national conferences and local conferences in Tennessee, and presented at two such law forums for the Tennessee Bar Association, speaking to other lawyers who practice Social Security Law.
Harold H. Parker, Esq. was a longtime member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and served on its claimants referral panel. He was a also a speaker to fellow Social Security Lawyers at the Disability Law Forum in 2014, presented by TennBar U and the TBA Disability Law Section.
Mr. Parker also served as the past Chairperson of the Disability Section of the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association Section on Disability, the decisive body that educates other lawyers on Social Security issues.
